  1. If you have a printer, you might want to use it with Desk+Plus to print out
  2. text files.  
  3.  
  4. Choose the Printer Setup option.  An information box will pop up telling you
  5. about the printer setup procedure.  After reading it, click on the OK button.
  6. Next, an information box pops up with a list of ports that your printer may
  7. be connected to.  You need to click on the circle next to the correct port.

  9. (If your port is not listed, you may type in a port.  Do this by clicking on
  10. the text input box and typing the name of the port.  Then hit the RETURN key
  11. on the keyboard.  The mouse returns and you can click on the OK button.)

  13. (Note:  Some errors have been reported when using Desk+Plus to print very
  14. large files.  I recommend using Desk+Plus to print only small to medium sized
  15. files.)
